Acton United Methodist Church (AUMC) cordially invites you to participate in our 12th Craft Fair. This event has grown and has proven to be a success for many artisans. AUMC is located just north of I-74 East and the Acton Road interchange in southeast Marion County – a prime location with easy access and plentiful parking. Potential customers will be reached through broad advertisement and repeated programming. Booth space is limited and goes quickly so reserve yours today! * * Craft Fair Booth Rental Application and Contract * *

To ensure the integrity of AUMC and its policies, the following guidelines have been established:

Booth Rental: 8 x 10 booth: $40. Preferences will be assigned upon receipt of your application. Your cancelled check will serve as confirmation of your booth reservation. Only two crafters per booth.

Reservation deadline is October 10th. The form below plus the total fee must be delivered by this date.

Tables – Tables (30” x 8’) are available for rental of $5 each. Two chairs will be provided.

Set up and Tear down – The church will be open from 6:30 – 8 P.M. on Friday, November 6^th and 6:30 A.M. on November 7th. All booths must be ready at 9 A.M. Please, no booth teardowns prior to 3 P.M. No refunds after October 31, 2009.

Insurance – Signing the contract below releases AUMC from liabilities or loses incurred.

Concessions: Food and drink will be available.
